Week 12 Devlog


This week I continued and finished  the implementation of the boss fight. The enemy type now changes depending on the player's lowest allegiance. There were also a bunch of other things to consider and change, such as non-damaging enemies like the collector pacifist - needed to deal damage. Collector and detonator enemy types also had to have their AI changed to swarmer so that they would properly attack the player.

There was a lot of general playtesting and debugging involved this week - trying to iron out as many bugs as possible, ready for full release.

I also spent a number of hours collecting and editing footage for the gameplay trailer.
